This is best experienced with headphones. All the sounds from "Happy Meal" were recorded at a particular fast food restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta. Repetition and rhythm are played with as voice and machine are fused, time is truncated, and monotony morphs into a call-and-response chant.

The more over-produced popular music is, the more universally accepted it becomes. Songs become limited to fewer and fewer instruments or separate sounds and are chained down to a 4/4 structure. This is an attempt to reject these principles, problematize our notions of music, and create a new noise.
